In November 2023, I led the UX and UI redesign of Hyatt’s regional restaurant websites — a project focused on aligning the experience with Hyatt’s global brand standards while addressing regional accessibility requirements and deep cultural nuance. The result: a significant boost in online engagement and measurable increases in bookings and event registrations.

Relive is a mobile app that helps 24+ millions capture and share their outdoor adventure in a 3D video of their route, with embedded pictures and videos. Its aim is to grow communities of users that could exchange value with each other, which might drive growth and new revenue in the longer-term.

As a UX Designer at Europcar, I had the privilege of working on the B2B solutions and projects within the company's innovative platform called Ubeeqo. My primary responsibility was to enhance the mobile app experience, leading a dedicated team of five professionals. Throughout this project, I collaborated closely with the Product Manager and Data Science team to ensure the successful delivery of user-centric solutions.‍

This project focuses on the comprehensive redesign of Zurich Insurance Brasil's customer insurance portal and main website. The primary objective is to enhance the user experience, streamline navigation, and improve overall functionality for policyholders, prospective customers, and other stakeholders. By modernizing the digital platforms, Zurich Insurance Brasil aims to provide a user-friendly and intuitive interface, facilitating seamless access to insurance products, services, and relevant information.
