Accessibility, culture, and bookings at scale
Hyatt’s restaurant sites ignored culture and accessibility. I rebuilt the system for both, and bookings more than tripled.

24M+ adventurers, one question: what makes them come back? I designed Communities to answer it, discovery to launch.

Complex B2B workflows, made mobile-simple
Business users were drowning in steps. I led five designers to make booking a shared car as simple as ordering coffee.

From confusion to clarity in insurance
Every gap in the portal became a phone call. I redesigned it end to end: calls down 65%, satisfaction up 22%.
02 On stage
I speak at design events across Europe, Friends of Figma Barcelona, UX Zurich, and Layers (FOF Portugal), and teach the next generation of designers at LIDEM Barcelona. Talks about personal branding, creativity in the corporate world, and international design careers.
03 Shipping solo
After hours, I become my own client: designing, building, and shipping iOS apps end to end, with AI in the loop and analytics keeping me honest. Nothing sharpens design judgment like living with every trade-off you ship.

team and a network of collaborators, aligning stakeholders from
